If you have a story to share, whether it’s 3 sentences or 3 paragraphs, we would love to hear from you.

Here are some questions to get you started if you’re a former guest:

1. Tell us a little bit about you and your family – where you’re from, your occupation, your family
2. What was the health crisis/diagnosis? What was going on in your life at the time? What were your thoughts/emotions/needs?
3. How did you find out about the SECU Family House?
4. What was the first thing you noticed about the Family House?
5. What was your experience like here? What was a typical day like at the hospital for you?
6. What might your health care experience (or the patient’s) have been like without the SECU Family House?
7. How is life now?

Here are some questions to get you started if you’re a volunteer:

1. Tell us a little bit about you – where you’re from, your occupation, whether you’re part of a volunteer group or are an individual volunteer
2. How did you find out about the SECU Family House and why did you choose to volunteer here?
3. How long have you been a volunteer with us? Or, how many times have you volunteered with us?
4. If you were on-site, what was the first thing you noticed about the Family House?
5. What was your experience like? How did your experience impact you?
