Making a Splash
While most people are lounging at the pool, four groups of teenagers and two churches traded some of their vacation time for service at the Family House. It was such a blast hosting the Teens in the House, Agape Faith Church, and Elevation Church for their week of service!

Teens in the House

- 444 hours volunteered
- Impact: Completed several service projects (landscaping, organized kitchen, pantry, and library), they learned about various support services that help guests, fixed lunch for families each week, and toured the hospital to learn where our guests spend most of their time.
Agape Faith Church
- 15 volunteers
- 30 Hours
- 4 delicious meals
- Impact: Three groups helped guests start off the day on the right foot by serving a hot breakfast. Other groups made guests a sweet and salty grab-and-go trail mix bags, while others made delicious cookies and a home cooked dinner. Thank you!
Elevation Church
- 44 Volunteers
- 82.5 Hours
- Impact: Guests will have access to any toiletries they may need for months to come! Elevation made the Family House sparkle and shine by sending two Clean Teams, and made the house smell like home by baking several batches of cookies. Thank you!
