Individual House volunteers play a key role in providing a homelike environment for our patients and caregivers. If you have a friendly smile and positive attitude, enjoy making a house a home, and providing southern hospitality, we have a spot for you.

House volunteers may assist with:

• Kitchen Steward – unload dishwashers; wipe down counter tops; restock pantry
• Guest Support – giving directions; providing supplies; give house tours
• Administrative Support – writing notes; data entry
• General housekeeping – unload dishwashers; run laundry; restock kitchen; sweep; mop
• Maintenance

House volunteers are required to:

• Consent to a background check
• Complete an orientation and training commit to 2-4 shifts a month for a minimum of 6 months. (the average shift is 3 hours)
