Lace up your sneakers, stretch out your muscles, and come show your support for the SECU Family House in Winston Salem!

Run the HOUSE 5K Run begins at 8:30 am and the 1 Mile Fun Run starts at 9:15 am in the beautiful Tanglewood Park.  Participants will receive a t-shirt upon arrival and may bring leashed pets.  Fun activities and free food guarantee a good time for the whole family!

All proceeds benefit the SECU Family House in Winston Salem.  We will also accept donations from our Wish List.

Registration Fees

Early Registration ends October 10- $25.00

Regular Registration ends October 24- $30.00

On-site Registration is cash only October 25- $30.00

Note: We do not guarantee shirts after early registration; extra shirts are available while supplies last.

Note II: Payments must be postmarked or received by these days for guaranteed pricing.

Optional Discounted Child Pricing- Children 10 and under can participate for $10.00

Note: Child participants do not receive shirts at the discounted price. Strollers are free.

Packet Pickup

Oct. 24 from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. at the Family House, 1970 Baldwin Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103 (off Bolton Rd. at the end of Hospice Lane)

Oct. 25 from 7 a.m. – 8 a.m. at Tanglewood Park (race site)

Parking

Please notify the Tanglewood entrance booth that you are a participant in the SECU Family House 5K to waive the entrance fee. Parking is available at Shelter 2 or across the street.
