Alexandra Salas
Alexandra brings more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience to the SECU Family House, where she leads with vision and compassion. As a mother and caregiver to a child in cancer treatment, her commitment to our mission is deeply personal.
A nationally recognized nonprofit executive and caregiver advocate, Alexandra’s leadership is grounded in operational excellence, strategic growth, and authentic community partnerships. Most recently, she served as CEO of the Business Council for Peace, leading the organization through transformative growth and global expansion. She has extensive experience in fundraising, board relations, and stakeholder engagement.
She is originally from NJ and graduated from Lehigh University in International Business and Spanish. Alexandra’s favorite things in life include family game nights, playing racket sports, and being endlessly entertained by her two French bulldogs.
